The Russian Federation grants the right for foreign nationals to be educated at one of its higher educational institutions with the support of the federal budget as well as at the expense of private individuals or legal persons according to contracts for paid educational services.

 

Hereby we announce the beginning of the selection campaign for 2017/2018 academic year.

 

We suggest foreign nationals, who wish to study at Russian educational institutions registering themselves in the electronic database.

 

This database provides information to 180 countries about the advantage of Russian education and allows foreign nationals to submit necessary documents regardless of actual residence and receive up-to-date information about selection results.

 

The Russian Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and for the International Humanitarian Cooperation together with the International Information Agency “Russia Today” has developed and launched an interactive navigator “The best universities of Russia: choose yours”, which is available online in 12 languages. It is an information source which contains answers to the questions most relevant for foreign candidates.
